Had my car towed to the dealer. Was told my car needed new batteries. And because it took an entire week to give me that diagnosis they would wave the tow charge. Had the batteries replaced and car would not start after literally leaving the dealer 5 minutes later. It was 6:15 PM when this happened. Waited 1hr 15min for the tow. Had it towed back and a “new” diagnosis was run. Was then told it was the starter and gave me a four figure cost. I called a local shop “Williams Brake and Tune” and they quoted me half the cost and would pick it up. When I paid the new bill at Frontier the original tow charge was back on the bill. So now I am Paying for two tows even though the representative did me a “favor” by waving the original tow. That is petty and I will not return to this service dealer. Also, problem fixed at “Williams Brake and Tune” in 4 hours. More
