My salesman (Bryston) did a fantastic job. He waded through lots of vehicles and indecision on our part and found exactly what we were looking for and at the right price. I have never been treated so courteously or professionally as I was during the purchase of my wonderful new car last week, July 29th. The young man's name is Joe Bass at the Frontier Dodge here in Lubbock, TX. Joe has a very unique quality - he genuinely likes people. His big smile and honesty really stand out. I live in Clovis, Nm and have used the local guys for my last 3 car purchases and would have used them again, but the salesman I was working with did not listen to what I wanted. So his loss became Frontier last 3 car purchases and would have used them again, but the salesman I was working with did not listen to what I wanted. So his loss became Frontier Dodge's gain. I was especially impressed with Eric Castillo he answered all my questions and was very honest and helpful in my whole car buying experience. I have never had a salesman deliver the quality of service that I received in this auto purchase. Eric continued to be avaiable for the entire process for any questions or concerns I had.
