I had the pleasure of dealing with Augustine Longoria made my experience 100% perfect. From the time we arrived until we signed the paperwork he was trying to meet our needs and our request for the truck made my experience 100% perfect. We negotiated to come to a reasonable deal between us and several time I told him it's just not gonna work out we will need to wait. Augustine was generally concerned with getting us in the vehicle we wanted. Each time we could not find common ground he went back to the drawing board to find a way to help us out. I have been to other dealerships and left without a deal or a vehicle. They made me feel inadequate and that a vehicle was just not in the cards for me. Augustine was a great sales man and person it's because of people like him that I will keep coming back to Frontier Dodge. I did not feel alienated or brushed off. I did feel this way at other dealerships they just did not give me the time of day. Augustine gave me hope with our experience at Frontier and purchasing a new vehicle that there are still some genuine businesses and representatives that still have respect for thier customers. Frontier has once again renewed my business and my faith that I am still a valued consumer. Other dealerships should take note of how a business transaction can leave a lasting impression on a loyal customer. I can promise you I will recommend Frontier and Augustine to anyone who needs or is in the market to buy a vehicle. Augustine and Frontier haven't forgotten how to treat thier customers and make them feel like a part of a family. Keep up the great work seems like business's have forgotten how to treat there customers with dignity respect and just general all around friendliness. Thank you for restoring my faith in a business and in the people who work just like I do. We all need to work together to help each other out. Remember the small things. 1. Last oil change didn’t reset mileage. 2. Yesterday’s service didn’t give me complete key, had to go back inside so they could locate it. Ove 1. Took my truck to be looked at for insurance reasons and took them 3 months to change out a part. That had already been there within the first month of it being there.
