This is the 3rd time I have had my Canyon in for service and the 3rd time that tire rotation has been documented but not completed. The dealership service center was really friendly, however I think they need a little help with organization and appointment management. After making an appointment to drop my car off for service Jaso however I think they need a little help with organization and appointment management. After making an appointment to drop my car off for service Jason couldn’t seem to find my appointment in the system. Luckily another tech was familiar with it and was able to pull the paperwork. Additionally, I had asked for my inspection to be done so I didn’t have to make 2 trips. When I picked up the car, the inspection had not been done. Overall, I was happy with the service, there just needs to be a little more attention paid to details. More
