I was extremely dissatisfied with "Quick Lane" . I expected to be working with the service department at Fritts Ford not some subsidiary. My F-150 was there for 5 warranty items and after keeping the expected to be working with the service department at Fritts Ford not some subsidiary. My F-150 was there for 5 warranty items and after keeping the truck all day (7am to 4;30pm) all that was completed was a oil change, they did not even wash the truck. I have never been treated this way at other dealerships. Buying the vehicle was a PLEASURE, but the service department is a disappointment. You do not even return phone calls More
A-OK = very good service, they called me, said it was time for service. I came in , had a couple of questions, & a couple of issues, they answered my questions, & fixed my issues. Both of my cars are Fords. I take them both to Fritts for their services. I have been treated fair and quickly each time. I bought a first year model C-Max in 2013 and I think there were 5 recalls that firs their services. I have been treated fair and quickly each time. I bought a first year model C-Max in 2013 and I think there were 5 recalls that first year. Fritts handled all of them quickly and properly. I have never had a issue with that car since. I still own it. My 2014 F-150 gets serviced there regularly and they do a fine job. I am very happy with the turn around time. I don't have to wait longer than promised and sometimes even sooner than promised. I have been a loyal customer for about ten years. More

Everyone should be aware ! Do not attempt to take your car for warranty repairs or recalls because you will get the run around and nothing will get fixed. Terrible customer service if any at all and not to mention the nerve for a service advisor to tell me that I should try to make it right with Ford! EXCUSE me, I have a car I just bought pre owned certified, and two warranties and since the second day of having it I have yet to receive the appropriate repairs. Also they will never document your invoice appropriately to what you said your concerns were. Even if you call them out on it they won't. They like to make it say that you came in on a tire pressure concern.. yeah well too bad I documented everything more ways than one . Stay away .. More
