Although everything went fine with my complimentary first service, you should (as a dealership) devise a way that allows the technician to operate the vehicle safely without moving a seat that does not have service, you should (as a dealership) devise a way that allows the technician to operate the vehicle safely without moving a seat that does not have memory. My service advisor Thomas was friendly and very helpful. I originally came in for one recall and ended up leaving with 2 recalls fixed. I had asked him what time would this be done. I told him my daughter needed my car because she was going to Las Vegas. I called him at noon and was pleasantly surprised my car was done .
