Sat here waited 5 hours for a battery change. Very unprofessional. The service manager Kyle Klein does not respond to phone calls when customers express unhappiness on their service. The service advis unprofessional. The service manager Kyle Klein does not respond to phone calls when customers express unhappiness on their service. The service advisor asked me to leave her an excellent review irregardless of the bad work. I now think that all these good reviews are forced down customers throats. Either you rate us good or we don’t want your business type of thing. Sounds like this place doesn’t want to hear why you experience is bad and why you’d rate them 1 star More
