My truck brand new F150 was damaged in transport from the factory in Michigan and needed repair. The body shop manager Manuel stepped right up and had it fixed right away. Toya the Customer service rep made factory in Michigan and needed repair. The body shop manager Manuel stepped right up and had it fixed right away. Update: 5/4/22. Fritts Ford has gone above and beyond making things right. My Mach-E is working and looking good like when I got the car a year ago. Here’s my post incase your “overlooked” it just like my other emails and complaints: Many issues with my NEW Mach-e and Fritts has been giving me the run around to fix all my issues and deceiving me with the additional service agreement sold to me which was meant for a gas car. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I’ll remind Fritts Ford through all the great reviews that there is also really bad reviews with many pending issues that are being resolved. More
