Worst Service Department ever! ! Bought 2 trucks from dealership brought my truck in for warranty service in at 7am so it could be seen first thing Called at 1 left message for Gr ! Called at 4:15 Was told Greg went home early and no one even looked at truck. This dealership is Great and Nice when there taking your money but after treat Customers like Poorly. My husband and I just purchased a used 2020 Ford Explorer, and immediately noticed we had a couple of issues in regards to the back up camera and the audio not working. We brought the vehicle in and Explorer, and immediately noticed we had a couple of issues in regards to the back up camera and the audio not working. We brought the vehicle in and Dylan Lindsay was our head service technician. He has been nothing short of amazing. His communication was detailed and we always knew what was going on with our car. He told us step-by-step what the plan was and the Service parts that needed to be ordered. He let us know when they had been delivered as well as installed. Dylan is incredibly good at what he does and I have never worked with a more thorough or dedicated technician. As mad as we were about purchasing a used card that had issues, Dylan did everything in his power to keep us happy and made sure we were well taken care of. As we all know, great customer service is very difficult to find and Fritts Ford is incredibly lucky to have him on their team! Thank you Dylan Lindsay! More

Terrible service. They've kept my car hostage for 3 weeks and counting. The service advisor Steve tried to lie and tell me that couldn't duplicate the problem I repor They've kept my car hostage for 3 weeks and counting. The service advisor Steve tried to lie and tell me that couldn't duplicate the problem I reported after 4 days but that was a lie because I can view the status of my car online which shows they didn't even turn it on for a week. The manager of the service dept even admitted that much. It's bad enough they can't fix my car but they need to stop taking appointments if they aren't able to even start work on a car for over a week. After they told me how backed up they were I went to their website and it showed dozens of available appointments 2 days later. Who's the genius in charge over there? I also bought the car there and the sales manager Nick tried to bait and switch me on a car I ordered online. The marketing manager stepped in to resolve the issue, but nice try Nick! More
