Great service from Davis. Fantastic communication and follow up. And forcing me to go to 15 words is ridiculous when you want me to take a brief survey. Fantastic communication and follow up. And forcing me to go to 15 words is ridiculous when you want me to take a brief survey. More
Many places can fix your vehicle, but these guys set the bar pretty high when it comes to customer service. Very disappointing customer service! Where do I begin? Gaven Mabrey is impossible to get a hold of for updates and/or status of service. Random texts with odd information and the only call I received was to ask if I would fill out a customer review as he needed two more reviews to get his bonus. He even wanted me to double check my spam folder for the email. It took over six weeks get a call back when parts for side mirror and side step had to be ordered. He also said he got a replacement front dash board leather cover approved for replacement via warranty however every time I follow up I get different answers. It’s on order, can’t install today big job need to get with shop on when they can replace. Inquired multiple times with no clear direction on when to schedule dash replacement. This past week Gaven text to let me know parts were ready for mirror and sidestep, he said 8AM on Friday. I show up at 8AM, no service appointment and Gaven is off. Hunter Pearce assisted me and found my information on Gaven’s workstation. I requested to add State Inspection to the list as I received the tag renewal in the mail the day before. Hunter said he would take care of it and let me know when truck would be ready for pick up. I received text from Hunter later that day it was ready for pick up. I go back to the dealership and Hunter was gone for the day and only one service advisor was available. I asked if I could just pay at a cashiers desk and I was told I had to wait for the only service advisor to pay and get my vehicle. Here is where it gets really weird, I waited in line to speak with service advisor, when it was my turn he didn’t have any paperwork, didn’t know were my information was, etc. He finally found my information in the computer. I asked about the state inspection, he said it was not done. He did not know why, tried to call shop, no answer. He just kept saying random excuses why they could not do the inspection, then he said it failed inspection but he does not know why. Then when it was time to pay I had to follow him to a small office behind the service area. He walked into the small room, lights were off or very dimmed with a female resting her head on the desk, appeared she was taking a nap. He wanted me to come into the room with the lights out, I stopped and just held the door open and waited for him to bring credit card receipt to me to sign at the door entrance. No way would I ever go into a dark room with a female resting on the desk and let the door close behind me. As you can imagine, the experiences at this dealership are so out of character for a Ram Dealership. I will find another dealership to service my vehicle in Frisco or surrounding area. More
