WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A DEALERSHIP! You kept my Jeep for a week and no one would return my calls, no one would reach out to me. It was the most frustration i have ever dealt with!! So to my surprise I found out complimentary oil changes expire which makes no sense since you really shouldn’t need to go through 5 oil changes in 2 years but hey that cool I get it. So it will be the 89 s expire which makes no sense since you really shouldn’t need to go through 5 oil changes in 2 years but hey that cool I get it. So it will be the 89 shown on the website when I made the appointment, Umm no it will be 109.00 for our cheapest oil change That not what your website says Yea I know but we don’t go off of that anymore. Umm ok what about the 20 tire rotation? Nope that’s not $20 any more either. Umm pretty sure that falls under bait and switch and or false advertising. No wonder you have a 2 star rating on Yelp. Only way I can explain these reviews is if people were given something for a 5 star review. More
