Mr. Brian's service was excellent and courteous. He efficiently located the maintenance plan and promptly addressed the service needs. It would be beneficial to have personnel available on the driveway to expedite the process, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction. Overall the dealership is ok but there is always something that is off. After I called and made the appointment through their phone service, the service team didn’t have my appointment listed in the something that is off. After I called and made the appointment through their phone service, the service team didn’t have my appointment listed in their log when I arrived. That doesn’t instill confidence and puts the team on the ground in a scramble to adjust (which they did nicely). The automated service updates system leaves a lot to be desired and is more frustrating than anything. It gives you a status indicator but you can’t click to get any additional details. And their systems don’t seem to talk to each other. This past time I was notified by the automated system my car was ready and it actually wasn’t. My service advisor Gaven (who is great) was NOT notified though so he wasn’t able to catch it and I wasted a trip there. More
