Excellent location! Easy to get to. It was my first time and the service advisors stepped out to help me out and understand the process. They walked me to the waiting ar Easy to get to. For the second consecutive visit I have had a xxxx of a time with this service department. For the second consecutive time I've had poor communication & felt like I was forgotten about. This last visit I d time with this service department. For the second consecutive time I've had poor communication & felt like I was forgotten about. This last visit I dropped my truck off on 2/22 I started out with James Bohn. AFTER 2 WEEKS thank goodness Ryan Parish took over for my vehicle. If there is one positive experience it was Ryan. He's the only one who gave a xxxx about me & keeping me updated on a regular basis. Ryan deserves a 10 out of 10. I got my truck back on 3/11 thanks to Ryan & the service tech going above & beyond after the fact. With this being the second consecutive visit with major communication issues & the fact it took over 2 weeks for both visits & without loaners offered, I will not be coming back due to the lack of communication & length of service. If I was offered a loaner or rental I would consider coming back, but I'm afraid those are not options & not something I would like to test again. Again Ryan is awesome & you need about 20 Ryan's.
