Little to no communication unless you pester people and eventually show up at the dealership to corner someone. Horrible organization and communication from the Service department. While the issue was eventually resolved, it took over a month in total. Part of this was waiting on an engine and warranty approvals but then delays on getting the engine in seemed ludicrous. Was not completed by their “attempt to complete” date or their “will definitely be done by” date. Direct text messages with our service provider went unanswered. This type of service is why we stopped using Frisco for service on my truck years ago. More
