It's unfortunate this is the same lip service non-response given to every poor review. The right response would have been to reach out when your service department damaged my vehicle during service, not months later after receiving the feedback. Anyway, unless Frisco CDJR frequently damages and has to repair customer vehicles (which seems possible), I would think you could fairly easily identify me. Your response was literally the absolute least you can do as a service manager.

As we have already explained, the dash cam was disconnected by the repair facility who fixed your hood, which was damaged by our carwash during a routine cleaning upon completion of your service. We are sorry to hear that our actions to rectify the situation were not satisfactory.

This is literally the first time this has been explained to me. The only communication I've received from Frisco CDJR since receiving my car back have been automated requests for review and a text imploring me for a 10 out of 10 rating. While I appreciate this info, a more useful response would be an update as to when you anticipate being able to finally complete the repair and replace the hood badge.
