To install a $30. 00 oil pressure sensor, I was quoted Over $1600. It is an utter rip off to an unaware customer. Don’t think that you can fool everyone. You might fool some people for some time but not everyone. These kinds of so called “service advisors” are a real asset to the dealership as they ripoff more customers .Good luck to Dealership. More

Waste of my time ! Your appointment system is terrible. Saves no time, just a benefit for your staff to sit around and look at their computer. Took 2&1/2 hours to do a simple oil change in a hemi. It says that fluids were topped off, xxxxxxxxx. Window fluid tank was dry, that night I checked and coolant was low. But basically what the heck were you doing taking 2 hours to add some oil? I’m wanting to get a new truck but I’ll won’t think twice on where not to go to spend $80k on my new vehicle. You’ve got a terrible manager running this scam, to many other choices other than your dealer ship. I also shared this will BBB for Dallas to help others choose a good place to go. More
