However, he treated me with an irreverent attitude, saying that I was wrong. I was very disappointed with his attitude. It changed completely from the first impression. Eventually he was bullish and showed me the odometer, which resulted in him admitting his misreading in front of me. After noticing his mistake, he did not apologize for his irreverent attitude towards me, only winked. I don't understand the meaning of his behavior. More
Be careful with this place. Just because you set an appointment for your vehicle doesn’t mean it will be looked at that day. What’s the point of setting an appointment for something as simple as makin appointment for your vehicle doesn’t mean it will be looked at that day. What’s the point of setting an appointment for something as simple as making sure your vehicle is not burning oil only to find out that they can’t look at your vehicle until the next day due to their service department being totally booked. This makes absolutely no sense. Why couldn’t they schedule me on a day that wasn’t already full of appointments for the day. There is terrible communication at this dealership as far as scheduling service appointments. I love my car that I bought there but everything else about this place is very questionable. More

I would absolutely NEVER go here again, I would NEVER recommend this place to any friends or family. First of all I went in for a diagnostic check on my AC. I told them I had a coupon for a free diagnostic check. I arrived at the dealership at 9:45am. The service tech explained they were backed up and it would be a few hours, I told him I would wait as I drove 40 miles there and had no way to leave. About 4 hours passed and he finally comes back and states they can't find the issue so they will need to add Freon and recharge, he even brings over the mechanic that will be working on it to explain that to me. I ask how much that would be, the tech states that he doesn't know because "parts" would need to check it out and tell him. Then the mechanic says "I just got back from lunch so it will be at least 2 hours". So the tech guy FINALLY mentions they have a shuttle that can drive me somewhere if I wanted to. (Well yea I mean I've been here for 5 hours, thanks for mentioning it now) so the shuttle drops me off at a local bookstore and about 2 hours later I text the tech to ask again how much the cost is for the work they mentioned and I get nothing back. Finally an hour later I call to have the shuttle come back and get me and asked again how much the job is going to be (I obviously need to know the price and agree to it BEFORE you do it) the tech still states he is waiting on "parts" to tell him. BUT they did tell him that it wasn't the Freon but it's the compressor. So I get back to the dealership and wait another 45-60 min and he finally comes to me with an invoice and my keys and says it's gonna be $564 for the Freon/recharge!!!!!! $564!!! But that wasn't the problem, the problem is the compressor and the price to repair the compressor is $2,800. I left upset on the verge of tears at 5:45pm and my car was in the exact same condition. This place is xxxxxxxx. I don't recommend at all. More

Terrible Service Service department it terrible, I bought in my 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser to have the convertible top checkout, because the top wasn't coming down. My service advisor Chase, a nice guy, he let me know that it would be a $185 charge to see what causing the problem, then I get a call from Chase saying they need a additional $400 to keep looking into the problem, which I never heard of this before charging someone to extra for looking for a problem. So, I told Chase to discontinue the service and I'll come pickup my car, when I get there the next morning Chase had my diagnose on the convertible top, which two motors stop working not letting the top down, and the cost to repair around $1200 which I'll wait later to repair, I'll take the car back home. When they drove up to the front service driveway, I notice the Left side back window was down, I with to try let it back up, the window wouldn't come up. So, I with back to Chase with this problem, and he with to talk with the tech that work on the car, and he told me that the tech could not get the window back up, so he just left the window down without telling the advisor and just give the back to me that way. Then, the service mgr. came up to me and told me that I have to pay for it to have it repaired, and blame me for having the window down, which wasn't true, all windows were up, and then he told me I had a unreasonable attitude about me trying to see if they could get the window back up, no they wanted to charge me for a problem I didn't bring the car for repair. Be careful at this Dealership, the service department are Con Artist. More
