Robby and Dan, two incompetents who lie about helping customers. Dec/4/2020 Dan trying to convince me that I need to buy parts to fix a problem with the suspension (death wobble at 60 miles/hour), car be customers. Dec/4/2020 Dan trying to convince me that I need to buy parts to fix a problem with the suspension (death wobble at 60 miles/hour), car being under warranty (27,345 miles) and Robby for promising that a part was ordered (a different part that Dan recommended, (both of them talking without taking the car to the shop and let a mechanic look at it) to fix the problem. Made two trips to the dealer (Dec 11 and Dec 17) and Robby told me that the part is on its way but late. Two weeks later no sign from them. Three weeks later I called the parts department to find out that no part was ordered under my name or for my car. Today is Jan/6/2021 and no sign from them. To the owner of that dealership, if you let incompetents running the business for you, they make you look incompetent. You are the Customer Service of Chrysler. You sale their product and they promise that if there is a problem with the car while under warranty, the dealership will fix it for them. And if you do, they will reimburse you for parts and labor. I do not expect being treated like a fool, disrespected, lied to, and ignored. When you try to sell a car all of you almost kiss butt just to make that sale. As soon as the customer is gone and you got the money, you don't give a xxxx. Shame on you! I will make sure that everyone hears about you, including Chrysler. More

Pathetic service. Never told me that they were going to charge me 199.00 to check a service notification. Came in for 3 recalls. When telling what needed to be completed was over 3,000$. Two were supposed charge me 199.00 to check a service notification. Came in for 3 recalls. When telling what needed to be completed was over 3,000$.
