The initial diagnosis was very fast. The mechanic lead look and immediately said the steering stabilizer was the problem. David was very accommodating and the job was done in a timely manner. My car was running rough and Sean was able to quickly diagnose the issue. The got me back on the road ASAP. My after market warranty didn’t cover much, but Sean was able to find a few coupons to help o diagnose the issue. The got me back on the road ASAP. Their staff runs scams. I set an appointment to address a water leak on the back of my truck cab. They charged $199 diagnostic test that was supposed to identify the leak location. Charged me to replace a br water leak on the back of my truck cab. They charged $199 diagnostic test that was supposed to identify the leak location. Charged me to replace a brake light (because that was where “they said” the location of the leak was coming from). $301 total charges and 4 HOURS of waiting in the lobby. Went home to test that the leak was gone...it was not so had to go right back up there. Almost 2 more hours I was up there for the second time. They literally tried to challenge first before confessing...they said they tested it and cannot find this leak still so I literally had to go to the back show them. Even in that very moment they questioned me till I grabbed his hand and shove it under the seat so he could feel the running water down the back wall into then cab of my truck. Really? When I asked what the heck they even did the first place as it was obviously they’d been caught in their lies. Their answer was, “I am sorry. We did not run the test and we did not even check to see where the water was leaking from. We just assumed it was the third brake light” More

1. The dealership nor Jeep provides loaners or wash your car when being returned from service. 2. Jeep been in 3 times now for broken seat. They say they fix it but broken within 24 hours. 3. Cashier was rude and clearly does not like her job. 5. Jeep warranties and service are the worst in the business. I get free loaners, washed car and a bottle of water when I get my kids VW Jetta serviced and we paid only 18K used. I love the Jeep except for a few quality issues and have trouble finding another vehicle that fits my needs like the Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk but not sure it is worth the poor service and quality issues. The service advisor quoted me my amount of service when I walked in I said fine. Then at checkout he attempted to charge me double. When I said that’s not what you quoted me, he instantly had a bad attitude walked in I said fine. Then at checkout he attempted to charge me double. When I said that’s not what you quoted me, he instantly had a bad attitude & started raising his voice. The service on my car was already completed at this point, I questioned him again & asked why he would think it’s ok to charge me double what he originally quoted without consulting with me 1st. I asked for his manager, he left and came back & charged me the original quoted amount. It was very shady, on top of that his demeanor about it made it worst. I get all my service work at the dealership, very shady experience this time. More
