I followed Service Advisor Davis Pham over here from his previous dealership. He’s excellent and clearly communicates throughout the entire process- which for me, is huge. Highly recommend this place and Da previous dealership. He’s excellent and clearly communicates throughout the entire process- which for me, is huge. Highly recommend this place and Davis. More
My service advisor and technician did a great job. I just wish that I didn’t have to wait from 7:30am to almost 2pm to get my car back. I've had it home less than 24 hours and while the check engine light isn't on, it's still showing that it's running hot. Does anyone actually test this before they say "it's fixed and ready for pickup"? And how many times do I need to put money down the drain before it's fixed? If it can't be fixed, then just say so, rather than, "It'll work this time, just swipe your credit card right here first..." More
