Poor Communication, never did anything they said they would Reached agreement on a used vehicle and was told if I overnighted a check I could have the car the following Monday. The check was overnighted and rec Reached agreement on a used vehicle and was told if I overnighted a check I could have the car the following Monday. The check was overnighted and receive at the dealership by lunch the next day, but the vehicle never arrived on Monday. Was told they could not find the check. Sat home all day waiting for the delivery that ever happened. They finally found the check 3 days later and was told my vehicle would arrive early the next day, showed up late that night. Was told I would have my paperwork 2 days later, it never arrived. Tried to contact my salesman but he would never respond. Waited 15 days for the title to finally arrive. For 15 days my vehicle sat in my garage. Vehicle now in the shop to see if the rear end leak can be fixed. Worst car buying experience of my life. They did not meet any commitment that was made to me. More

I worked with Kevin Dutton over the phone, got the deal I wanted and they delivered the car to my home! I never even had to go to the dealership. They brought the car for me to test drive. Once I knew I was satisfied with the vehicle we sat down at my kitchen table, signed the papers and was done. Don't be afraid of the delivery service that this dealership provides. It's very convenient and they were all true professionals. Kevin Dutton was my salesman and was top notch! I'll definitely look at their selection the next time I'm in the market for another vehicle.
