I live in Florida and have been searching for months a specific color combination and found it at Everett Nissan. Kevin was my salesperson and we worked a deal to meet his driver in Savannah, GA, which is halfway between Florida & NC to pick up my new Murano and hand off my trade-in. Jim, the driver and his wife were awesome and we completed the paperwork and were on our way within an hour. The entire staff and process was wonderful and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone! Great Experience This is probably the best buying experience ever at a dealership. My wife and I came in 2 Saturdays prior to our purchase to view the cars on the lot This is probably the best buying experience ever at a dealership. My wife and I came in 2 Saturdays prior to our purchase to view the cars on the lot. Jerry Reedy greeted us and made us feel comfortable without the usual pressure that you typically experience when beginning you search. We explained our circumstance and what we were looking for and a general price range. He located a vehicle to our specifications and contacted us with the price. This prompted us to watch the car online and then return to purchase. On our drive to make the purchase, we had an episode (a breakdown) with the car we were driving to the purchase. Jerry came and picked us up in Blowing Rock and helped us get the vehicle to the lot. We traded the vehicle we drove there and made the purchase for a 2016 Nissan Murano. We weren't expecting to trade that car. Needless to say, Jerry and the staff made a extremely fair trade with us despite us being in a vulnerable position where you could be easily taken advantage of. Most of the communication was done via text & email, which allowed me to work with little disruption during the day. I didn't have to waste hours at the dealership sitting and waiting which was awesome. The customer service was the best I've ever experienced in purchasing a car and I felt like I was treated with professionalism and kindness. Kevin kept me informed throughout the entire process and there was absolutely no haggling involved, which I found to be amazing. On top of that, I got my full asking price for my trade (which was a 1st for me in my life!). Two days later, my brand new Maxima was delivered free of charge directly to my door with a full tank of gas and a complimentary car wash.
