Kevin Dutton was our salesman and was very straight forward and enthusiastic about his work, while not pressuring us at all. He made sure we were comfortable and truly addressed all of our concerns through every step of the process. When it came time to work a deal, Ben Ferris went above and beyond to ensure we got the best deal for our trade and interest for our new loan. For quite a while it seemed the RAM may have been out of our reach, but he went to bat and pulled off some real magic. Long story short: These guys are amazing and quickly cut through the usual sales garbage, which provides their customers a very honest and straight forward sales experience. A great experience, no pressure I found the process of buying a new car less stressful than any other experience I’ve had in the past from other dealerships. I started looking back i I found the process of buying a new car less stressful than any other experience I’ve had in the past from other dealerships. I started looking back in Fal of last year but the timing wasn’t right. There was no pressure then and when I came back ready to buy it was a smooth transition. John Welborn was great and very accommodating, So much so that when I came in at the end of my work to finalize the deal, John provided snack crackers to help tide me over until I could get home. Not saying that he would give crackers to everyone but it just shows the thoughtfulness of the staff. Thank you! More
