Sonata Morning I arrived at the dealership prior to the scheduled opening to look at cars. Nathanial was already at work and he came out to meet me. I explained that I was there to possibly trade my Elantra for another Elantra or possibly upgrade to a Sonata. I also explained that I had a limited amount of time (birthday party for granddaughter). He was very accommodating: showed me what was on the lot, features of the vehicles, two test drives and then expedited the purchasing process for me. (Expedited but very thorough). I love the car and am very satisfied with Hyundai products and the dealership. Mr. Plass followed up with me a couple of times: inquiring on the Sonata and making sure my old plates got through the mail to me. Great job! More
