fantastic I went to several dealerships to look at vehicles of all makes and models. I felt like the staff here listened to my needs better than any other deale I went to several dealerships to look at vehicles of all makes and models. I felt like the staff here listened to my needs better than any other dealership and were far more professional. I never felt pressured in any way to make a rushed decision. They answered all of my questions and really went above and beyond. I actually really liked another vehicle at a different dealership, but ultimately chose Friendship Hyundai for the best price forward, no haggling, friendly and helpful staff. I don't regret my decision, and I don't want to buy anywhere else again... ever! When looking at other dealerships, salespersons made fake phone calls, pressured us into their office and tried to force us to buy before we were ready. Friendship Hyundai staff wanted to sell us a vehicle, but wanted what was right for us and our needs, and we never felt forced. We felt like they were honest and helpful. I loved my last vehicle, but buying from Honda was a nightmare. This was different in an exceptional way. It was by far the best vehicle purchase experience either of us have had. We have been telling other people about the experience here and making as many referrals there as we can. We want to support good service and great people. All dealerships should strive to model this one. More
A Day at the Store We have a really great 2000 Hyundai Tiburon. Then one day it's attacked by a large deer. The Hyundai lost, the deer walked away. The Tiburon limped We have a really great 2000 Hyundai Tiburon. Then one day it's attacked by a large deer. The Hyundai lost, the deer walked away. The Tiburon limped home and we called the doc to come take a look at it. He came and said it was dead. He made arrangements for Dillow-Taylor to take it to "that" place and it was done. Now a replacement was needed. Why not get a replacement that was similar the one we just set to rest. So we go to the same store, but wait. There's no more Tiburon's left. Then this nice sales representative gets our attention and suggests a 2017 Veloster for our needs. We look, we touch, we listen, we buy. Then we take the new Veloster home and put it where the Tiburon once stood. A word of warning. If you see a deer it's usually too late, but if you get a chance to slow down, then do so. We want the Veloster to last and last, at least until 2034... More
