I felt like the staff here listened to my needs better than any other dealership and were far more professional. I never felt pressured in any way to make a rushed decision. They answered all of my questions and really went above and beyond. I actually really liked another vehicle at a different dealership, but ultimately chose Friendship Hyundai for the best price forward, no haggling, friendly and helpful staff. I don't regret my decision, and I don't want to buy anywhere else again... ever! When looking at other dealerships, salespersons made fake phone calls, pressured us into their office and tried to force us to buy before we were ready. Friendship Hyundai staff wanted to sell us a vehicle, but wanted what was right for us and our needs, and we never felt forced. We felt like they were honest and helpful. I loved my last vehicle, but buying from Honda was a nightmare. This was different in an exceptional way. It was by far the best vehicle purchase experience either of us have had. We have been telling other people about the experience here and making as many referrals there as we can. We want to support good service and great people.
