Worst car buying experience ever My husband and I found a Toyota Tacoma at Friendship Hyundai. My husband took it for a test drive and loved it! We called the bank the same day and wa My husband and I found a Toyota Tacoma at Friendship Hyundai. My husband took it for a test drive and loved it! We called the bank the same day and was approved for a loan on this vehicle, we simply had to go sign papers and bring the dealer back the check. We live in Knoxville and that is where or credit union is. We were in contact with the dealer and they were aware we had financing. They then sold the vehicle out from under us the day we were bringing them the check!!!! They then offered to sell us a vehicle at cost . We picked one out, they verified they still had it and was transferring it from their sister lot in Bristol. Needless to say, they sold that one too!!!!! Horrible customer service, money hungry sharks that will screw you over!!! More
