Not every car buying experience is a nightmare I was driving to the hospital in JC to see a family member who was sick, on a Saturday night about 7:30. I was able to get a hold of Friendship Hyundai and, without even asking, Eddie took the initiative to get me in a loaner vehicle and had the car towed to the dealership that following Monday. I had ended up blowing a trans line and Nathan in service took excellent care of my needs, especially seeing how I am only able to text during the day, he was very professional and gave full details on everying...extremely helpful! In the mean time, I fell in love with the car they loaned me, and ended up buying a newer model from James McKeehan. It was my first buying experience on my own without any help, and James did an amazing job! He was very professional, asked everything in terms of what I was looking for price wise, gas wise, and just all around interest. He took great care in actually getting to know me rather than just looking at me as another potential customer; it was exactly how a sales experience should be. Then I dealt with Brandon in finance, and it was a quick, easy process without any haggling or pushiness that people complain about when buying a vehicle. My fiancé might be trading soon, and we know exactly where to go. We were very very impressed with Friendship Hyundai of Johnson City!! Eddie, Nathan, James, and Brandon treat their customers like people, not dollar signs. Could not recommend a better car dealership than the Friendship brand! More

Great service! Despite the fact that I have not purchased my car from Friendship of Johnson City, you would think I bought the car from the servicemen themselves. They have been patient and as the dealership name implies, very friendly. Unfortunately my brand new Tucson was hit by a small rock which cracked my windshield. I took it to the Friendship service department and they were most helpful in setting up an appointment to have the windshield fixed. They themselves do not do this kind of work but helped me coordinate with a Hyundai friendly vendor. The entire experience was calming and reassuring and they showed genuine concern about making me happy. In particular I would like to recognize Nathan Hughes, Service Advisor, for his help. But the whole team did pitch in to help me out. More
