They have been patient and as the dealership name implies, very friendly. Unfortunately my brand new Tucson was hit by a small rock which cracked my windshield. I took it to the Friendship service department and they were most helpful in setting up an appointment to have the windshield fixed. They themselves do not do this kind of work but helped me coordinate with a Hyundai friendly vendor. The entire experience was calming and reassuring and they showed genuine concern about making me happy. In particular I would like to recognize Nathan Hughes, Service Advisor, for his help. But the whole team did pitch in to help me out. More
