An eagle in a duck pond in Austin The lung man in used car lot was helping me as I looked at an older model BMW . It drove ok but I had reservations about longevity and costs of repair The lung man in used car lot was helping me as I looked at an older model BMW . It drove ok but I had reservations about longevity and costs of repairs . I returned several days later after waiting for my house to sell so I could buy with cash . He suggested looking at a new 2017 Hyundai. They drove well got excellent mileage and 100 k warranty . His name was Austin . For 20 years old his advice seemed older and more prudent . My house sold but the check I had received from the insurance company was to be held for 5 days as bank policy . It was from Progressive insurance ! But bank policy left no one empowered to change it's course. This is when I had the pleasure of meeting Brandon the finance manager . His empowerment to say they would hold the check for a few days was no doubt influenced by the bill of sale I showed him on my house . This action by two excellent employees left my a new owner of a 2017 Hyundai Elantra. He did not sell me the extended warranty and service so much as convince me of it value for long term protection and peace of mind . I appreciate both employees information and influence on this decision purchase . A fine family of Freiendly family of car dealership. More
