Great customer service is hard to find nowadays with the rock music and everyone snorting the marijuana, but Jacob McCoy really hits the metaphorical nail on the head. He went out of his way to help us find the right car for my wife. He immediately went to the most expensive car on the lot, while we went to things we could afford. After a few minutes of panic he finally found us looking at the Santa Fe's. Jacob is quite personable and knowledgeable, he seemed to have the answer to every question we asked, after checking google. Truthfully, he was great. He really did have the answers to all of our questions and was able to narrow it down to the car my wife wanted pretty easily. The sales manager, sadly I've forgotten his name, was also great. Both of them entertained our daughter while we were in with the finance department. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car! More
