Disappointed I purchased 3 new cars from them in the past 8 years, I expected better treatment than I received. I purchased my last car over a month ago and because they have not sent me my new license plates I cannot drive my new car and I have been forced to park it. When we contact them they show no sense of urgency to get the plates to me, no apology, nothing. After purchasing 3 new cars from them in 8 years I would have thought the manager or someone would have at least thanked me for my business or my loyalty to them or something, but nothing. Well the salesman did offer me a free T-Shirt with their name on it! No thank you. It was like checking out at Wal-Mart. More
