ran my credit too many times I was assisting my niece (her credit score was low so I had to purchase but not after they ran my credit multiple times) with the purchase and I am ve I was assisting my niece (her credit score was low so I had to purchase but not after they ran my credit multiple times) with the purchase and I am very unhappy with the amount of times they ran my credit (score of 855) and the letters I have received stating my delinquent account from the banks, so untrue. And this lowered my credit score with the number of inquires. And this makes me very unhappy. When my husband and I arrived to the lot, no one came out to greet us. This is the first time this has ever happen. I have purchased 3 different vehicles from this lot with the last one being 1 year ago to the date. Not sure what has happened with the sales staff. I'm not saying I wont purchase another car from you but if I get t he same treatment as before I will go somewhere else. I was not warned of the multiple time of my credit being ran. Just not a good experience. But I love the service department, they re truly awesome! More
