My new 2017 Santa Fe has the same problem as the 2013 Santa Fe with the steering locking which also keeps the key from turning on. I mention this only to comment on the quick and professional way the service department repaired the '13 Santa Fe. I must also comment on the mistakes made by the finance person. Mistakes will be made even by people who don't think they make mistakes. If you have never made a mistake you normally need an attitude adjustment when you do make one. More
