Excellent Dealership Sales and Service We were greeted by two salesmen when we arrived at the dealership. One was training the other and both were excellent to work with. They were courteous and did not make us feel pressured into buying. Sean did everything to make us feel like we were special and not just a couple looking for a new car. The other salesman in training rode with us on a test drive and explained everything about the car as we drove (We have forgotten his name but we know he came from California to work there. The finance manager was all to nice. He explained all the forms we had to sign and again did not pressure us into anything we did not want to do. More

Great team! I visited the sister location in JC and the salesman who I had initial contact with failed to call me with information regarding some questions I had I visited the sister location in JC and the salesman who I had initial contact with failed to call me with information regarding some questions I had on a used car. Then, when we returned on a Saturday morning with the intentions of buying, they were in a meeting and nobody stepped out to speak to us. We left and drove to Bristol and I'm so happy we did. This team was in it to win it. From the sales manager, Waylon, to Chase, our product specialist, to Michael, the finance manager, to the guys in parts and service department. Great Salesmanship/Poor Hyundai Finance Practices If they asked for the right confirmation of ability to pay we wouldn't have been turned down by Hyundai Financing. Really tired of all the messages saying send another stub, another this or that. That being said, very impressed with the Sales staff at Bristol Hyundai We'll just deal with our own bank next time.
