I like the truck at first sight. He had to get a truck from Tennessee. I have purchased many cars and trucks over my life time. I have never been treated the way Chip treated me. I wish Chip the very best in his future sales. I should point out that one thing I did not like about my buying experience. During the process of buying the truck, I had to wait in the lobby for several hours for my lifetime warranty. I saw salespeople walking around in the lobby and I told these people that my grandson had to get back to work. When I finally got to see Noah Webb, the sales person, he tried to sell me additional insurance for my truck. I only wanted the Lifetime warranty offered by Friendship Honda. I have my own insurance coverage for my vehicles. I did not want to pay an additional several thousand dollars for insurance. The wait time and sales pitch for insurance was not wanted and my time was wasted by the experience. Terry G July 5, 2024 More

That stops today after I took my 2021 CR-V in for the 30K service. I was quoted $775, an outrageous price, and far above what I have ever been changed. I took several items off the service to be done, and the price still came to $448. Please note that the service staff were excellent. This is not a complaint about them. In addition, on the purchase side, this dealership forces a buyer to accept dealer add-ons which, in my case I did not want or need. For my CR-V in 2021 that amout was about $1000. On a car in the showroom today the amount was at or above $2,000. If an add-on is needed, it shouldn't be an add-on. If it is that good, then let the buyer decide whether or not to buy. So, bottom line, there is an excellent car service shop within 2 miles of my house. I will no longer drive 40 miles round-trip to pay outrageous service prices. And when it comes time to look for a new car, Friendship Honda of Boone will not be in the running - not even close. More
Lydia Williams made it easy to make a deal to purchase a used vehicle. She made us feel relaxed during negotiating a fair deal. She was very informative of the vehicle. A reminder for me of why buying a car is one of the most dreaded shopping experience ever! When we arrive to complete the sale and pick-up the car, the settlement statement illustrated a base price that wa dreaded shopping experience ever! When we arrive to complete the sale and pick-up the car, the settlement statement illustrated a base price that was $2,500 OVER the price as advertised on their own website, ADD $999 for their protective sealcoating that was already applied, ADD $699 in dealership fees (explained as required to "keep the lights on"). When asked, "Why is the base cost $2,500 more than the price illustrated on the website?" the reply was that pricing fluctuate daily based on the market conditions. Really?? I showed her the website in realtime and the salesman said that she didn't know because she doesn't manage the website. The same price was illustrated on a third-party website. Dishonest and disingenuous! Read the fine print and heed these reviews. More

Never have I encountered such chauvinism, unprofessionalism, and dishonesty in a car buying process. I was met with salespersonell that believed customers do not do research, and they would n unprofessionalism, and dishonesty in a car buying process. I was met with salespersonell that believed customers do not do research, and they would not come across other professionals that work within the "buy/sell" industry. This individual (myself) manages inventory far more valuable than a few vehicles on a day to day basis, and I happen to know a thing or two about profit & loss. I've never felt so belittle having been talked to from someone who was supposed to have been selling ME the CUSTOMER something! More
Don't add any extended warranties. They're a rip-off from the dealer and add no benefit to the buyer. I never buy them, but bought one in a hurried closing environment.
