Had a problem with tire sensors and because of lack of time the owner gave me his personal cell with instructions to take it anywhere I wanted when I got home and fix it and it would be taken care of. This is not a new unit; it was a 2010 transit connect. The best folks I have ever encountered in a dealership and I could not say enough good things about the lady I first made contact with Miss Blue Kelly. She is a treasure for the Ford place and a pleasure to be around. More

If they did not know the answer they found out on the spot. They did not patronize me or shower me with any phony sales pitch. Smooth and efficient new car buying experience I was searching for a leftover 2017 F150 King Ranch and found exactly what I was looking for on-line. I submitted an inquiry and Nate contacted me as I was searching for a leftover 2017 F150 King Ranch and found exactly what I was looking for on-line. I submitted an inquiry and Nate contacted me as soon as the dealership opened the next day. Within 2 hours I had all of the information I needed including a quote for my trade-in and the deal was done. We took delivery of the truck yesterday and the paperwork process was a breeze as Nate was well prepared and efficient. The condition of the truck was spectacular as their detail person did a great job getting it ready (not always easy with a large black vehicle). We could tell the detail person took great pride in their work. I’ve purchased new Mercedes, BMWs and Porsches in the past and none of them were as well prepared as the King Ranch. More
