Excellent service Got a call from Danny Lee the night before service was scheduled. A pilot program was being tested in which someone from Friendly Ford would come and Got a call from Danny Lee the night before service was scheduled. A pilot program was being tested in which someone from Friendly Ford would come and take my vehicle in for the service and return it after service was completed. We coordinated a time and sure enough Keno arrived right on time. He sat with me and explained the program. As promised Keno returned after the service was completed. Additionally Tod Donner was my service adviser and kept me informed of all the goings on. He too explained everything that was going on as the vehicle required more attention as originally thought. Don't know if the service could have gone any smoother. More
