Do not buy a car here. They ripped us off big time. They sold us a 06 F150, saying they did a 150 point inspection, they later told us they only did a safety inspection. In less than 1 day after we bought the truck it started having transmission problems, it would slip in one or two gears then got worse each time we drove it. They buffed over a scratch the truck had, after the temporary fix they did on it to cover it up we noticed that as well, after we had a profession painter look at it and tell us what they did. They said they did the 150 pt inspection, they did not. They sold us the Ford extended warranty, when they sold me this warranty at the time of purchase they were supposed to have done the 150pt inspection, went back a few days later and they said they only did the safety inspection. The requirements for buying the warranty is that they have to do the 150 pt inspecton they did not.Now wehave a truck with a huge transmission problem, they will not fix it and the refused us any service and told us not to contact them and never to do bussiness with them again. Go to Gaudin Ford thats where we should have went in the first place. They are LIARS. More
Bought a 2012 Taurus SHO that was a demo. The car ran fine for the first few days then started to have transmission issues. I took it to the dealer to have looked at and of course they did not find anyth fine for the first few days then started to have transmission issues. I took it to the dealer to have looked at and of course they did not find anything wrong with it! I love the car but cannot deal with the mechanical issues that are noticable to me. I have asked to bring the car back and exchange it for another but pretty much I am stuck with the car. You can hook up all the computers you want but I know it a mechanical issue. I have contacted Ford directly and will not give good feedback on the survey when I get. More
Bought new Ranger in August took in for recall and tire rotation. Charged for rotation and all 4 rims were scratched. At first dealer was going to repair until they found out the cost $175 per wheel. After contacting Ford csr was told Friendly declined to do anything about their damage. Repeatedly tried to contact gen manager but never recieved a call back. Other dealers and tire installation places stated that though rare damage does occur, but that in any case they were responsible and would repair or replace as needed to correct their mistake. Friendly does not care after the sale. The jack in the truck even has rubber coated end to protect the rim. More
My (admitedly niave) wife was completely taken advantage of and overpaid for a new car by several thousands of dollars. The dealership used bait-and-switch to trick her into something she did not want. Furthermore, she was denied several Ford Motor Company discounts because I was not present, but pressured into signing without me. Less than 1/2 the blue book value on a trade in. Essentially I was told "tough luck, your wife signed the papers." They should all be ashamed! More
This was back to two years ago , I had A/C module failure on my crown Vic. The module was replaced but the A/C fan still wouldn't turn off automatically. I had stopped the payment partially and months ago went back for oil change. My service was refused. I had never experience such treatment in any dealership last 30years! The service person was rude too and he asked me to go somewhere else. More
Although I purchased the vehicle elsewhere, I drove all the way across town to get my tires and rims here because the sales manager was great. I actually went to a specialty tire and rim store(well known) and they recommended tires that would have rubbed on sharp turns. Jeffrey educated me on the subject and may have saved me a slashed tire. More
this place is a rip off! RIG! Don't go there, they will rip you off. I went there and made an agreement with the sales manager and the sales person that I would pay the final (discounted) price. Very friendly staff in both body shop and service. Called to say when car was ready. Fixed problems on time and first time even though not bought there. <br><br>Only complaint is that the car came back fro to say when car was ready.
