Well on there way there they said my truck started to run funny. They said two wiring harnesses had short circuted and I had a bad fuel injector and they would need $ 900.00 to fix what had miraculously went bad on the ride to the dealership from the bodyshop which is about 1 mile.Well I went down there and told the service guy that I drove my truck for 3 or 4 days after my accident with no issues why all of a sudden the problems. Its a 1997 F-259 turbo diesel by the way, fuel injection. They said it just happened, What happened was when the autobody guy crushed the harnesses when he was reinstalling my engine hood the truck has a 4in. lift so its real high and to work on the engine you have to get a ladder and climb up to reach it.so they caused the damage and wanted me to pay for there mistakes i told my insurance company im not going to give them a dime.Long story short i gave 300.00 to get my truck the xxxx out of there.fuel injector was probably fine except the computer was reading it bad because the wiring harnesses were toast.the body work and repairs were also a fiasco.dont want to bore you with another hour long horror story. Stay away dont say i didnt warn you.Oh yea the 1 star is for the cute receptionist the rest of the comoany should be put in jail. Parts counter guys are cool. More
Refused active duty military auto repair My car is over 100k miles and more than 10 years old. So, when I called to get my 2001 Ford Focus running again, I was told that because I did not buy it from them and because it was too old, they would not service the car. I mentioned that being active duty military meant neither of those options were possible; we move every 2-3 years. The service rep I talked to did not care, so-called Friendly Ford Service Center would not see the car or help me. Wow. Forgot to mention that I am going overseas for a year and that I will buy a truck when I get back...but not from them! Awful service, avoid at all costs. More

I recieved a call from service department that the mechanic broke my spark plug while trying to remove it. They also stated that if i wanted it fixed i would gave to pay $3500. I explained to them it makes no sense for me to pay for an issue that their mechanics broke. They then stated I need to pay $300 for the labor performed in order to pick up my vehicle, which was breaking the spark plug. Now my vehicle does not run. This is the only dealership I have taken my car to for any services, oil changes included. The service manager Dan stated most vehicles don't require the tune up until 100,000 miles, I only have 82,000 miles on my car. So if i did not have an issue with my car hesitating I wouldn't of known i needed a tune up. The service department is clearly stating the will not fix the car after admitting their mechanic broke it. More
Tire repair on a brand new 2015 ford that had only 600 miles WORST PLACE TO GO. I can't believe this place. I just bought a new car from a different place. I had to come here to see if my sync work for my turn by turn directions and they stated it doesn't come with one. I understand. But when you want to have a great customer service for servicing your car you don't want to feel like you will get ripped off by getting a car with under 600 miles to get a tired fixed for $25 dollars. I should have gone to a discount tire place. At lease they would had fixed it for FREE. Loyal customer will never come back to this place. I rather go to WALMART before going to FRIENDLY FORD. They are a rip-off. More
After spending over 1,300.00 dollars they still could not fi I brought my 2005 mustang brand new at friendly ford brought the car in was called today saying the car is ready but the check engine light still stay I brought my 2005 mustang brand new at friendly ford brought the car in was called today saying the car is ready but the check engine light still stays on that's what I brought the car in for I was told to driver around and see what happens also after driving it for 20 min. The gas gauge goes down to empty and the fuel light comes on come on now they is a problem with the car it has less then 9,000 mils. On it I spend over 1,300 dollars today other things where done to the car. But the real trouble they don't know how to fix that's the real reason I brought the car in there. Why should I have to pay for something they don't know how to fix? I can't even sell the car if I want to who would buy a car with a check engine light on and the fuel light that goes on and the gas gauge goes to empty I always bring my car to friendly ford. Also I am fighting cancer what am I going to do if the car breaks down when it's 106 outside I get sick just going out in this heat. But being told to driver the the car around and see what happens come on get people who knows how to fix cars. More

There was nothing wrong with it when we took it in and the service tech would not make eye contact when my husband went in to talk too them. Tried to say I had done it with my ring but I am very particular about my car and it was done there. They are jerks and I would not recommend then to anyone ever. More
My son is in the Air Force and his 11 year old Escape died as he was moving to his next station and Nellis AFB outside of Las Vegas. I flew out west from Michigan to meet him in New Mexico and drive him died as he was moving to his next station and Nellis AFB outside of Las Vegas. I flew out west from Michigan to meet him in New Mexico and drive him to his destination and go along with him to purchase another vehicle. We searched the internet for Ford Dealerships near the Air Force Base and called ahead to see if they had any used SUV's in stock for sale. We intended to buy a used car for around $10,000 but soon realized that a new car was the better route to go to get a vehicle with under 50,000 miles on it. We initially were helped by a young man (I can't remember his name but he is from Liberia) who helped us look at used cars and let my son test drive a couple different options. When we decided to go the new car route is when the whole experience went downhill. That is when Al Turkish came out and took over the sale and I feel chased away the friendly salesman we were originally dealing with. From that time on we were held hostage in that place. We had time constraints, and by the time I realized I should have walked away from this person, it was getting to be close to 3pm. Oh by the way we drove into the dealership at 10:45 am. He was rude and wouldn't even let us drive another vehicle. When asked if there was a computer or somewhere he could look up the other vehicles on the lot (new or used) with the options and mileage and to compare the prices, he said that kind of stuff wasn't in the computer for the used cars. Why did the internet representative know by looking in their computer that they had 19 vehicles that fit that description but "AL" did not once use a computer. I had to ask several times to get the stats and prices on a print out of some kind to know exactly what we would be financing. He came back with different pieces of paper with finance plans.. each trip to the money man taking at least 15 to 20 minutes. All the while, my sone and I had not even eaten at all that day and expressed this fact to Al and several other people including a manager. They offered us a 6 oz. bottle of water and proceeded to prolong our stay more and more. After I started to get very impatient and told hem to bring us the paper with the A-Plan price of the vehicle and the breakdown of all the other charges involved he finally expressed his disdain an brought it to me. Next I was arranging the insurance on the car over the phone and the agent asked the address and zip code of the lender. Mr. Turkish said "well it's Ford Motor Credit". The insurance agent asked me on the phone again to ask for the city & zip code. Mr. Turkish proceeded to say, more than once and very loudly "What is she stupid or something?" I not only had to keep asking til I got an answer from him, I also had to apologize to my insurance agent for his behavior. This hostage experience was the worst day of my life. My husband and I have bought three new cars in the past 3 years so I knew this was not how my son's experience of buying his first car should be. It should have been exciting and anticipated. Instead it was long, drawn out, stressful and miserable. I felt very bad for my son and mad at myself for putting up with such a obvious manipulative sales person. More
