I am well appreciative of the dealership and Joseph for getting it done. Everything was done over phone and mailed a couple documents. I had friends pick up the vehicle. It was too easy to be true. I tried other dealerships and they didn't want to talk to me because I couldn't physically be there. Friendly Ford is the place to get your Ford of any kind and see my Joseph. Great experience! Usually when it comes time to buy a car, I do not look forward to the experience at all... the time it takes, the back and forth, cat and mouse game t Usually when it comes time to buy a car, I do not look forward to the experience at all... the time it takes, the back and forth, cat and mouse game that you go through, the additional cost that always seem to creep into the final price... the process is just something I would rather avoid at all costs. This is not the case with Joseph! He made the experience so much better than expected and I will buy from him again and I will refer my family and friends to him as well.
