Logan was accommodating, easy going and willing to look high and low for the exact model we came to look at. It was also a very hot day and offered us ice cold bottled water and BBQ lunch provided by the dealership. I have been to other dealerships where it feels high pressure and no way out of the sales talk. Logan listened to our needs and answered every question we had. Thank you so much!!! More

F-250 Purchase I bought my first truck and am very happy with the flexibility of Joseph. I am well appreciative of the dealership and Joseph for getting it done. Everything was done over phone and mailed a couple documents. I had friends pick up the vehicle. It was too easy to be true. I tried other dealerships and they didn't want to talk to me because I couldn't physically be there. Friendly Ford is the place to get your Ford of any kind and see my Joseph. Him and I are going to get a raptor and race them in the Nevada desert!!! More

Great experience! Usually when it comes time to buy a car, I do not look forward to the experience at all... the time it takes, the back and forth, cat and mouse game t Usually when it comes time to buy a car, I do not look forward to the experience at all... the time it takes, the back and forth, cat and mouse game that you go through, the additional cost that always seem to creep into the final price... the process is just something I would rather avoid at all costs. This is not the case with Joseph! He made the experience so much better than expected and I will buy from him again and I will refer my family and friends to him as well. Finally a car salesman I actually like and trust! Great experience! More

Excellent experience I originally showed up to Friendly Ford after giving a friend a ride to work on some paperwork with Joseph, who was at the time selling him a used veh I originally showed up to Friendly Ford after giving a friend a ride to work on some paperwork with Joseph, who was at the time selling him a used vehicle. I was never a fan of Fords but had rented a fiesta in the past and liked it. So, knowing there were ST models of these I walked over to them and began to check them out for the heck of it-and liked the price on it. I asked Joseph if I could take it for a test drive and he was happy to accommodate my request. I liked it and so did my friend who decided he wanted a new Focus ST instead of the used vehicle he was looking at. A week passed by and Joe called me asking if i had any questions on the Fiesta ST and I decided I'd go in to talk numbers. Long story short, Joseph was able to get me a price on my trade in I was happy with, and figure some numbers out that I was more than happy with. Very pleased with the experience and two months later, the Fiesta ST continues to impress me and bring lots of people to ask about it- and I'm always sure to recommend Joseph and Friendly Ford. More
