Jo Jo worked with my via text to make sure I had all the answers I needed regarding the trade in process and purchase process.. When I arrived at the dealer John Sudol was waiting for me when I pulled up and the Focus that I picked out ready for a test drive. John made sure the car was what I was looking for and had everything on my wish list. Once the purchase process started it couldn't have gone smoother. My 2017 was just over a year old and I still owed quite a bit, however, John made sure to work with me to make my new Focus possible. I was in and out the dealer in approximately 2.5 hours start to finish. gt 350 purchase friendly ford was the only dealership willing to work with me on a gt 350. they are almost 500 miles from me, but it was worth the drive. Charlie was great to work with and randy block was very knowledgeable and helpful on the gt 350. they all knew we had traveled a long distance and had a long trip home with weather anticipated over Tehachapi on the trip home. everyone worked to get us on our way as quick as possible. I have purchased several new cars and have never been through finance that fast, thank you chris for that one. even though friendly ford is 500 miles away I would still recommend a trip there for a new ford purchase More
