Go visit Sheldon over at Friendly Ford! We started our experience over at a different Ford dealership in vegas and it was truly an awful experience. From the minute we stepped into Friendly, We started our experience over at a different Ford dealership in vegas and it was truly an awful experience. From the minute we stepped into Friendly, everything just fell into place. Sheldon was an amazing salesman and really knew what he was talking about. What was best is that, if he didn’t know an answer, he was honest about it and didn’t try to BS us and would find out the answer. This was the best car buying experience we’ve had and will definitely be back for our next! More

Friendly Ford lives up to their name!!! Friendly Ford lives up to it's name. I am an out of state buyer. No one made me feel any less important over the phone or through text/ email than if Friendly Ford lives up to it's name. I am an out of state buyer. No one made me feel any less important over the phone or through text/ email than if I had walked through the door to buy my truck. My last 6 or 7 new car/truck purchases have been Toyotas. They make excellent vehicles. I had good luck with a 97 F150 I bought back in 98. Figured I would change it up and try a Ford again. Hopefully my F150 will be as friendly to me as your staff. Good job everyone. More

It was great! Had no plans to purchase the truck that day, We went to Friendly Ford after making an inquiry on the Internet for a new truck. They called me right back and said they had a truck which was pret We went to Friendly Ford after making an inquiry on the Internet for a new truck. They called me right back and said they had a truck which was pretty close to what I wanted. My wife and I drove there and the truck was parked ready for us to look at. We drove it around the block and decided we would take it It was not what I specified on the Internet, but was actually better and saved me some money; The salesperson, Alberto Meraz what extremely helpful and polite. He took care of everything. He made purchasing the truck a delightful experience. John Sergent in Finance had all the paperwork in order, made several positive suggestions which we took advantage of, he had us done in a very short amount of time. When we got done with the paperwork, Beto had the truck outside washed and cleaned up, full of gas ready for us to take it home. We felt it was important to do business with a local dealership and this one is only a few miles from home and we know of Friendly Ford's reputation. It was place we thought of when we decided to buy a Ford truck. We honestly had NO plans to purchase a truck, we were just looking, but they made the experience and offer so good, we brought it home. We are extremely pleased with it. More
