I e-mailed everything they needed to complete my paperwork from my office! More

Dont Believe the Hype Mere blocks away from me I decided to give this dealership a go after seeing an ad on tv "we'll pay off your trade NO MATTER what you owe" After a Mere blocks away from me I decided to give this dealership a go after seeing an ad on tv "we'll pay off your trade NO MATTER what you owe" After a series of email exchanges between their internet manager & myself asking for COMPLETE honesty and chances of my parameters she assured me over & over it could be done She assists me in making an appt w/ HER for the following day and lo & behold the very 1st sign of trouble was when she didnt even bother to show up and I end up w/ an associate named, Sheldon Almost 4.20 hrs later yes 4.20 HOURS, Sheldon finally hammered out a compromise. If it werent for him and his ties to my Hawai'i, his aloha made the deal palatable. NOTHING of the prearranged terms prior to me coming in were never met. Back & forth we went but braddah Sheldon "wen geev um" and we parted as ohana from that point on. Either they lied to Ms Samantha or she lied to me. In any case I can only conclude twas a shamefully deceitful tv ad. I have close to 15K FaceBook FOLLOWERS and tho I will privately endorse Sheldon, I will publicly not for this dealership More

After 2 months of shopping, we finally got our car! My husband's car was totaled and he had been driving my car for two months. We had gone to two other dealers and I was online every day trying to find My husband's car was totaled and he had been driving my car for two months. We had gone to two other dealers and I was online every day trying to find a car for him that was excellent on gas but in our budget. We finally went to Friendly Ford (right down the street) and Sheldon was very helpful. He happily showed us the cars WE wanted to see, not the cars HE wanted us to see. He understood our needs and our budget and we bought this 2015 Prius hybrid. It was actually $3000 above our budget but we paid exactly what our budget was!! Sheldon got the selling price down to $20 below budget. He showed us what our monthly payment would be for 3-4 different down payments so we could decide what was best for us. He gave us discounted price options for two cars, and sticker price options for a third car that we asked about but didn't end up test driving because we realized it had over 100k miles. That was my mistake. I hadn't checked the miles before asking to see that car. I had an appointment so we met with Sheldon first and told him what we were looking for and filled out credit apps. We went to my appointment and came back. He had all the information ready for us. He was happy to let us test drive any car we wanted to. And would have been happy to let us both have a chance to drive each car. I declined since the car was for my husband but it was very nice to be given the option. No there dealer has ever offered a second test drive on the same car. They are usually trying to hurry us back in to buy something. Once we decided on the Prius, the car was washed and the tank filled. We waited for the finance department to finish the paperwork. We were given the lowest APR of any dealer we had been to. The finance guy was very nice but did try to sell us a 4 year warranty and GAP that put us $50 - $150 over our monthly budget. I didn't like that he presented it to us as a done deal instead of showing us different options and allowing us to choose. However, when we explained we couldn't afford what he was showing us, he was very happy to show us other options. He may have just been trying to save some time. At that point we had been there a couple hours. We were able to choose a warranty and GAP package that was closer to our monthly budget and we were comfortable with. A few signatures and we were set! My husband loves his new car and it is actually getting better than the advertised gas mileage. He's driven 200 miles on 2 gallons of gas! The listed MPG is a combined 48! He drives about 100 miles a day for work so MPG was the most important thing to us. Thank you Sheldon!! I got my car back and my husband is saving a fortune in gas!! We love our new Prius!! More
