Friendly Ford put in a black list because I complained about a service in a survey they sent to me In January 2020 I went to the dealer because I want to make the engine oil change in my F150 and I ask th about a service in a survey they sent to me In January 2020 I went to the dealer because I want to make the engine oil change in my F150 and I ask the service representative check an oil leak that I noticed to see how much cost to fix it if wasn't too expensive. They did the oil change and didn't check the oil leak. When I received the car I asked about the oil leak and he told me they didn't checked that if I want checked I need to pay for that revision and left my car more time. I asked the tech why they didn't told me this before the service to allow me decide if I want to do the service or not. I complained about it in the customer satisfaction survey sent it to me. I made an appointment for last Saturday (9/5/2020) under my name for my son's car to do the engine oil change to his Mustang, when the service person asked me for my name and open their system he told me that they cannot provide any service to me because I'm in Friendly Ford black list. This is a poor business practice. They put in a black list me because the tech didn't do correctly his job and I respectfully complained about it in the survey they sent me. More
