horrible service I went in December with my A/C not working, the fan would not blow air regardless of the a.c. being on or not. after leaving my car I was told it was I went in December with my A/C not working, the fan would not blow air regardless of the a.c. being on or not. after leaving my car I was told it was the "auto" option. I told them it was not, I have this turned off and the a.c won't work regardless of the temperature. then I was told to bring it in again when it's presenting the issue. I came back Saturday April 6th, because again it was not working and a technician looked at it and determined they will keep my car. After 4 days of keeping my car AGAIN nothing was done and they told me it was the "auto" option. I gave very detailed information about my issue. it's either the fan, resistor or actuator and I am not being heard. the technician obviously saw something wrong with my a.c. or would have not took my car, it didn't work for him either. I then frustrated spoke to Charles who assured me he would speak to the technician that saw my car and will ask him what he thought was wrong with my car so that it can be handled and he would call me the next day. well I haven't been called it's been 3 days plus the weekend. I will NEVER buy a ford again. I have a 2018 Ford fusion and I'm so dissatisfied. I have a son with medical issues and if he is in the heat too long he can seizure so for them to tell me to bring It back when it presents the issue, when I already have TWICE I'm very upset. never going back again. if I could give 0 stars I would because this is not the only issue I've encountered at this dealer. More

Not only did he do his job he went above and beyond. I explained to him that I was leaving for Northern California the next morning. I pull a travel trailer behind my F-150. He recommended some things and provided me with places I could get these things done. He did not have to do this but he did. We talked before I left and he wished me well. Again, just an absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end! Great job!!! More
