You would think after spending $20,000 on car repairs with them in a two-year timeframe. Your car wouldn’t be broken. and one of the team members name Al, who works at the Friendly Ford on Decatur in Las Vegas wouldn’t be part of the mocking behavior and telling you your car is not worth that much and my reply back to him was it is now. And I absolutely have no stars complete thumbs down, and do not recommend THE FRAUD TEAM To any individual EVER(L😔🧲)!!!!!! More
I am in the market for a new Ford F150. I contacted Friendly Ford about their F150s due to the website advertising $10,000 off MSRP or 1.9% financing for 72 months. When you click the offer I contacted Friendly Ford about their F150s due to the website advertising $10,000 off MSRP or 1.9% financing for 72 months. When you click the offer details it states they're happy to introduce 1.9% financing for 72 months on any 2023 Ford F150. So any normal person seeing the ad would think you get $10,000 off MSRP or get 1.9% financing. However, that is not the case. According to the person I was emailing, the $10,000 off is only for any new 2022 Ford F150. That is extremely misleading and a way to just get potential buyers into their dealership to not honor the ad on their website. Why would you place an ad for $10,000 off a new 2022 or 1.9% percent financing on a 2023 Ford F150 without specifying, unless you wanted to mislead potential customers. Good thing there are other Ford dealerships in Las Vegas that do not intentionally mislead potential customers. More
Service is absolutely AWFUL. They have had my car for 10 weeks! They keep telling me that the car is "almost" done. It took them 6 weeks to even look at the vehicle. We are extremely disappointed in the quality of what was supposed to be a top of the line car. 2019 Ford Edge xx with 45, 000 miles on it so far. We have dealt with a transmission problem and now an engine problem. They have lost my business. 1000%. If I EVER get my car back, I will be dumping this piece of crap and moving onto something that is much more reliable and affordable for my family. More
Took my 2017 F150 in for transmission issues back on Oct 2023 and 51/2 weeks later they still have not looked at my truck!!?? Always has some lame excuse about why its taking so long. Not my problem! My problem is I dont have a truck and you guys are dragging your feet to fix it.The General manager Bill Bosnos doesnt return phone calls either. They have NO CLUE what customer service means! You 2 have blown a sale...well actually 2! I was going to trade my truck in for a 2023 F150 and my wife was going to trade in her 2016 Mustang 5.0 convertible for a loaded Explorer. Pulled a bait and switch with the truck being advertised not even being on site. Ford is facing a number of class action lawsuits because of this transmission. I was one of the hundreds of thousands of people Ford has defrauded with this transmission. I bought a 2020 Expedition from Friendly Ford in 2020 for $64,500. The state of my vehcle today is it has 55.500 miles on it and it is a death trap. I complained to Ford 5 times about the transmission. Problems started immediately. Ford has completed major repairs on the transmission 3 times and has never been able to fix it. I have 5 children and my wife will no longer drive the car with the kids in it. Some of the particular scary moments we have had in the car are when it hesitates and will not go into gear, imagine making a left turn in a busy intersection and you step on the gas and the car hesitates as oncoming traffic is coming at you. Recently was on the freeway and a semi did not see me and was coming over into my lane I floored it and the vehicle did not respond. I had to swerve onto the shoulder to avoid the accident. Ford knows this transmission is bad yet Ford just attempts to make it as hard as possible to beat them in court. Avoid Fords at all costs do your research and buy from another company.. More
Be aware that they take appointments, but they cannot service your car for anything more than an oil change the same day, they will keep your car 2-3 weeks BEFORE a tech sees it and tell you what needs t service your car for anything more than an oil change the same day, they will keep your car 2-3 weeks BEFORE a tech sees it and tell you what needs to be done. Buy your car there and change it every 2 years or else you will be let down when you need help. That is "Friendly Ford" of Las Vegas, North Decatur. Two service people told me the same story. I wanted to buy a replacement for my Edge, but now, I will take my business elsewhere. More
This feedback is for Paul Deems. I usually go to Ford Country (LV) or Bell Ford (AZ) and get exceptional service all the time, which is the reason I continue to be a Ford customer. I made an appointment at this location and was advised that the system for some reason could not schedule a pick up; however, I could drive the car there and they would drive me to another location and then pick me up. Paul then stated I needed a ride back if I wanted to leave since Ford couldn’t do it, so I stayed at the premises. The service was prompt, however, when I did not receive an inspection recap ( which I usually do at the other locations), I asked the cashier, and she printed the paperwork. The paperwork stated that the the inspection determined the engine air filter and the cabin needed to be replaced. It also said I "declined the recommended service". I never declined because I was never told. That's the reason I took the car to the dealership: to get serviced. I asked around to se if I could get it done and everyone redirected me to Paul. When I asked Paul, he stated I can get it done 'next time'. With 110+ degree weather I am not waiting until 'next time', I will have to take the car to another dealership to get the air filter and the cabin replaced. Unfortunately this was not a good experience. More than likely I will not return to this location. I did receive a 'survey' link from Paul, however, it says the car is waiting to be picked up and it won't allow me to take the survey. I hope this feedback helps management help other customers to not have to experience the same. I know Ford prides on superior service and this experience is not a reflection of Ford's values. More

Their negligence could get people KILLED! Friendly Ford in Las Vegas sold me a dangerous vehicle that needed numerous repairs despite it being a certified pre-owned. When I bought the vehicle, they had installed 2 defective tires, left on 2 cracking old tires that had to be replaced within 10,000 miles, did not check fluid levels, did not fix or notice a cracked transmission bracket and a cracked windshield wiper fluid reservoir, did not even check if the radiator cap fit, and it took them 2 weeks to get my van after they broke the sunroof and did not bother to expedite the part. Additionally, they did not even file the title information correctly and now I am being harassed by the company I have my loan through because of this. I sent information on my initial issues to general manager Bill Bosnos and heard nothing back. Although they covered some of the original issues that were identified, it was like pulling teeth, and the service manager lied to me and gaslit me on several occasions. I filed a complaint with Ford but they have made it clear that as a company they do not intend to hold negligent dealers such as Friendly Ford accountable. Friendly Ford has made no attempt to reach out and make this issue right. This has been an extremely expensive and scary process to deal with, as I could have been killed at numerous times because of their neglect. I have also lost many days of work over the issues with the vehicle because Friendly Ford could not be bothered to do their jobs correctly. Additionally, I know of another instance where Friendly Ford installed defective tires on a vehicle. As far as I can tell, Friendly Ford is putting customers at risk, and could kill people with the vehicles they are selling. More
