Ripped off oil change My wife had her oil change on Oct. 4 2018 she has been going there for years and everything was fine until this visit. She sighed up for her normal oil change with the Ford coupon for 39.99 and when she went to pay for her oil change they charged her 62.00$. When my wife asked why was the price 62$ they said her oil grade had been changed or overlooked and now they said her car needed full synthetic oil when before she used synthetic blend.The next day we called the General Manager Nicole Ernst who was going to ask the service guys about the issue. The dealer ended up knocking the price down to 51$ and latter mailed a check for 11$. When the check came the Ms. Ernst stated in her letter that basically the car needed full synthetic which is a LIE. I Called Ford to register a complaint Case Number16027441 and they agreed with me on the oil, full synthetic not needed. Anyone else get scammed by the oil change bait and switch scam? More

I spoke to one of the used car salesmen about this vehicle before making the trip. All he did was rave about how nice of a car it was, how clean it was and how it was the sales managers demo. I guess these guys don't actually look at or know anything about the used cars they are selling. This suv was a 2015 with only 27000 miles however with the amount of wear and tear this vehicle had, one would have thought the odometer was well over 100000 miles. Needless to say, it was a total waste of time and I will never visit this dealership again. More
