Friendly subaru? I contacted Heather to help find me a new(used) car. I knew I wanted all wheel drive, but I wanted a sedan rather than an SUV or crossover. Heather t I contacted Heather to help find me a new(used) car. I knew I wanted all wheel drive, but I wanted a sedan rather than an SUV or crossover. Heather took me out to the lot to look at a few sedans that were AWD. She showed me a Dodge Charger and a Chrysler 200, both AWD and well equipped. Although both nice rides, I wasn't sold on either of them. I noticed that friendly didn't only have Chrysler branded cars on their lot, but also a few subaru's. I asked Heather what it would take to get a 2015 or newer Subaru Legacy. She told me she would look around and get back to me. The next day Heather contacted me to let me know she found a 2016 Subaru Legacy, with the same trim I was looking for! I told her it was a go and to have it delivered. Two days later I got a call that the legacy was delivered. I rushed on down to sign all the papers, and another two days later I was leaving the lot in my new Legacy. I was very pleased with heather's determination to make sure I walked out with the car I really wanted. Even though Friendly is a Chrysler branded dealship, they were still able to get me the Subaru I had my eyes set on. I walked on a happy customer that day.
