First off, they had an amazing selection of new and used vehicles, the used cars had low mileage, were clean and still had a warranty, so I felt very safe in buying either. Sandy Miller was very helpful in booking my appointment, I did have to make a change in my date, she was happy to help and didn't mind the inconvenience. My sales person was Heather Uvanni she was patient in spending time with me, letting me test drive all my top choices, she was very knowledgeable on all the cars and their variations. Once I narrowed it down to my top two she reviewed the rebates and what I asked for and I decided on a 2017 Jeep Cherokee, then she told Jacob Frawley where I'd like my payments to be, he then did his magic and secured me a low interest loan and brought far enough under my max budget I was able to add an extra warranty package. Jacob was the perfect balance of knowledge without being pushy, so I was able to get what I needed but without overspending! Bryan Ryan and Steve (I'm sorry I can't remember his last name) but both kept checking on me,answering questions, offering food/snacks and just made me feel like I was VIP, very comfortable and as if I've bought a brand new car from them every year!! I can't say how helpful, quick, and friendly everyone was especially Heather , she has incredible customer service! I would highly recommend Friendly's to anyone shopping for a new or used car. I'm a 20 year old college student, they took all the fear out and my Dad and family friend (who is a mechanic and told me to shop there) both looked at the deal, rebates and trade in they offered me and said what a fantastic deal it was! He worked well past close a few nights to help us get into the vehicle we wanted at a price we could afford. When signing all the paperwork Jake took the time to explain everything to us even though it was past closing. He made sure we were good with everthing we were signing for.
