I had found the truck on their website which had all of the information needed to get acquainted easily. When i finally decided to call, the receptionist was kind answering the phone and politely forwarded me to Carl. Carl was the salesman assigned to me and gave me and with working with him, all the information about the truck I requested was proptly provided and clearly explained. I also had the opportunity to work with Mike on the final details about the truck. Mikes intuition was greatly appreciated especially when it came to the final features. Both Carl and Mike took my calls, even into the later hours of the day. Their commitment to providing me with the best experience as they could during this troubling time stood out and kept me committed me to purchasing the truck from Friendly. More

I went to friendly to look at used Ford F-150 limit $29k they really didn’t have what I wanted but they did have a F-250 that was all in total around $50k, It didn’t take much to talk me into it. While I was on test drive I noticed engine light was on Joel said no problem we will fix it. Long story short it’s been at the shop more then I have drove it shop has put 3 times the miles I have. I have asked twice now about returning the truck with no reply from the sales person. I also asked the service dept to relay the question to whomever could answer that question. Have not heard anything yet. To the dealerships credit they have taken and keep doing the repair but seams like it’s going to be an ongoing problem that I shouldn’t have to deal with for a $50k truck. They are friendly! Just don’t seam to want to help me out of this problem!! More
