On Friday, we took my boyfriend truck up for a NYS inspection and some warranty work. We went into the sales side to just see what the trade in value was on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, never actually inspection and some warranty work. I never one felt pressure to actually make the deal on a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My biggest goal was to have my payment not change very much. They made it happen! I went back on Wednesday, and was there for maybe an hour signing papers and getting everything switched over to the new ride. I never knew how easy it was to buy a new car. I inquired on a vehicle online last Sunday night on the 11th. The very next morning they had emailed me with available times and asked if I would like to take a look at the vehicle and test drive it, so I 11th. I was not expecting to purchase a vehicle. I got there and was introduced to Dan Monagle. He led me right out to the car, it was pulled up and had it all ready for me to test drive. The vehicle is in great condition! Dan was phenomenal through the entire process explaining everything to me, and asking if I had any questions, he was super great about staying within my budget. I actually came home with the vehicle that night which I didn't think was possible! Dan stayed late so I could transfer everything to my new vehicle and has been in great contact with me doing the rest of the paperwork even with COVID being a thing.
