On Friday, we took my boyfriend truck up for a NYS inspection and some warranty work. I never one felt pressure to actually make the deal on a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My biggest goal was to have my payment not change very much. They made it happen! I went back on Wednesday, and was there for maybe an hour signing papers and getting everything switched over to the new ride. I never knew how easy it was to buy a new car. I inquired on a vehicle online last Sunday night on the 11th. The vehicle is in great condition! Dan was phenomenal through the entire process explaining everything to me, and asking if I had any questions, he was super great about staying within my budget. I actually came home with the vehicle that night which I didn't think was possible! Dan stayed late so I could transfer everything to my new vehicle and has been in great contact with me doing the rest of the paperwork even with COVID being a thing.
